        Do you know of any wall hung toilets with non-pvc concealed in-wall tanks which are approved for use in NYC?

          Shalom Ira, contact Solco Supply house in Brooklyn ask for Stu Baker tell him Sylvan sent you. This supply house caries NYC approved plumbing fixtures

          Bt the way I never installed any wall hung toilet with a tank inside the wall.

          There are several options you can use other then a troublesome tank. . Good luck
