After turning the water off for the upstairs portion of my house to do some repairs on my shower,I
didn’t get any pressure back in the shower or at the sink, just dribbling. What is my problem? Air lock ? or
what.
both the hot water and cold water lines are affected.

Are you sure the valves are open fully OR it could be dislodged sediment that plugged the lines. You can try back flushing one line at a time
