i have a stripped faucet seat that will not come loose whatsoever, is there any tools out there that will help me get it out?

Depending on the size of the seat but a screw extractor will usually remove most seats. A #5 is the most common size for small seats you should be able to get one at your local hardware store. Do you know the brand of faucet?
