        I have a Kenmore washing machine. The number I was able to get from the inside of the lid is 23801 and
        82380100. The machine will not drain, agitate, or spin. The machine is several years old. I would appreciate any
        assistance.

          Remove the back cover and check if the motor turns, then check for a broken belt, loose or broken pulleys.
