I am unable to stop Pr-Pfister bathtub from leaking. I have replace stems&bodies and valve seats. Still drips.

Unless the seats are not tight, you may have installed the stems while they were in the closed position and cracked the seat retainer web inside the body. If that happened, you have to open the wall and replace the faucet body.
