My boyfriend has asked me to look into plumbing schools. Could you please tell me what kind of
training is required to become a plumber and where he might find it in the Sacramento Area. Also what the
licensing requirements are.

To qualify to take the California Contractors test and to recieve a California contractors License your boyfreind needs to have a minimum of 4 years expereince working in the field of plumbing in the capacity of a journeyman and pass the Contractors Law test and the trade test.
