        Every 5 minutes I get a “bang bang bang bang ..” in the water pipes even though no one is using the taps.

          Sounds like you have a toilet flapper leaking and when water gets down the tank fills and the ballcock chetters. Take some egg dye and dump in tank and see if flapper is leaking, let me know.
