Hi,
When I use the hot water on my kitchen sink unit, there is a really bad screeching sound, deafening!!I have a combi boiler, quite new. also had an air problem the other week, which is now sorted.
For some reason my hot water in general has to be put on very slow if we want piping hot water, where as before we could run it with a reasonable flow. These problems seemed to happen at about the same time as each other, it could be coincidence..

Sounds like a build up of pressure, have a Plumber look at it.
