I’ve recently noticed that when the toilet tank is refilling after flushing that a high pitched noise is coming from the toilet tank. Do you know what is causing this. Do I need to a rebuild kit for the toilet tank components?

Check the the hush tube, the small pipe on the ballcock that supplies water to fill the tank, if that pipe is not broke off you will have to take the ballcock apart and repair of replace as needed.
