Where should baseboard radiators be placed, with the little legs of the covers on the floor or higher up on the wall?

dude, if the room is already carpeted, put the little feet on the top of the carpet so it looks like it is on the floor but gets plenty of air. if the room is hardwood or vinyl and may get carpet in the furure, hold them up an inch or so to allow for future changes. you know the carpet man wont care if he smothers the air flow. plumb when its cold, ski when its hot! you be a sucess, im proud of you!
