We have to replace the lower element in our hot water heater. The water heater is a Reliance Electric
501. We can not find an element that has big enough threads. Can you please help me? The water heater is not
even three monthes old yet. -

I have the new large thread elements in stock, But 3 months old it should be under warranty. Call reliance and see what they can do if they can not help go to our web site and email me and I can help.Scott
