Help! How do I get the shower arm out of the tile wall? It’s stuck!

assuming that the rose is mounted on a male fitting, you can run the hot water only for a few mins and then try to shift it. DONT PUT TOO MUCH PRESSURE ON IT, it will break in the wall. If this didnt work, try using a small LPG torch to heat the fitting up. If its still stuck might be time to get a plumber in.
