          Hey check out ALL the law suits REGARDING plastic CRAP failures.

          Think about a DIP TUBE made of LONG lasting copper tubing in lieu of plastic liabilities were exposed to.
          A copper dip tube is easy to make and it lasts longer than the heater PLUS copper is recycable.
